In My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, the ponies are depicted using typewriters with only two buttons and a spacebar. While this is likely poking fun at the fact that ponies have no fingers to work with, a two-button typewriter is surprisingly functional. This example demonstrates how ponies could type reasonably efficiently by encoding their alphabet with a huffman tree. The left button is 0, and the right button is 1. You can either push the keys on the typewriter (including the spacebar), or you can press the F key for 0, the J key for 1, and the Spacebar for 'space'.
